A two-spatula set in solid teak: a slanted edge for flipping and getting under food, a flat edge for scraping fond and stir-frying. Both run 12 inches with contoured handles and big hanging holes, and both are safe on every surface in the cabinet - cast iron, ceramic, nonstick. It is the highest-rated item in the kitchen tools line so far, and the logic is simple: two shapes cover nearly every pan job.

Why it is built this way

Four notes from the workshop that shaped it, node by node.

Slanted and Flat, Together

The slanted head slides under eggs, fish, and pancakes at a natural wrist angle; the flat head pushes, scrapes, and stirs with its full edge in contact. Between them there is no stovetop task left uncovered.

Teak Against the Heat

Teak is dense, naturally oily, and highly heat-resistant - the same properties that put it on boat decks keep these spatulas from scorching, swelling, or splitting at the stove. The wood shrugs off a searing pan edge.

Kind to Cast Iron

Wood cannot scratch seasoning off cast iron or coating off nonstick, which makes these the default tools for pans you are trying to protect. Scrape hard at stuck bits with a clear conscience.

Handles With a Curve

Both handles are contoured rather than flat-sawn, filling the palm and resisting rotation mid-flip. Long stir-fry sessions are where the shaping pays off - grip without squeeze, control without cramp.
