Where your order travels from, and how to follow it on the way.
When you press the buy button on a product page, your order is completed with the retail partner that stocks our goods. They run the warehouses, the checkout and the carriers, which means the exact shipping cost, speed options and arrival date are shown to you at their checkout before you pay — nothing is hidden until after the click.
Our range ships from fulfillment centers across the United States, so most orders reach a mainland address within a few business days of leaving the warehouse. Remote routes, Alaska and Hawaii sit at the longer end of any estimate the checkout shows you.
The retail partner emails a tracking number as soon as the carrier scans your box. The first scan can lag the shipping notice by up to a day — a tracking page that shows nothing on the first evening is normal, not lost.
Wooden goods are among the most forgiving things to ship: no glass, no electronics, no batteries. Boards and tongs are packed flat and arrive ready to rinse and use. If a parcel does show up damaged, photograph the box before opening it fully — it makes the claim quicker.
Delivery questions move fastest through the retail partner’s own order page, since they can see the carrier scans we cannot. If you feel stuck, email [email protected] with your order details and we will point you at the right door.
