Returns

Changed your mind, or the tool is not the one for your kitchen? Here is how it goes back.

The Window

Returns follow the policy of the retail partner that completed your order — for kitchen goods that is typically 30 days from delivery. The current terms for your specific order are printed on its order page, and those terms are the ones that apply.

The Condition

Wood shows its history honestly. A board that has been sliced on or a tong that has served a barbecue cannot go back on a shelf, so returned items should be unused, dry and in their original packaging. Take the tool out, handle it, hold it up to the light — just decide before the first meal.

Starting a Return

  1. Open the order on the retail partner’s site and choose the return option.
  2. Print or display the return label they issue.
  3. Pack the item the way it arrived and hand it to the carrier.

Refunds

Money returns to the payment method you used, on the retail partner’s usual schedule — generally within a week of the warehouse receiving the parcel back.

Arrived Damaged?

A cracked board or a split handle out of the box is a transit casualty, not your problem to keep. Report it through the order page with a photo — replacements for damage claims are normally issued without the item having to travel back at all.
